Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sloggr, the Sales Logger (“Service”), operated at saleslogger.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Sloggr is a multi-tenant CRM and support management application for small teams. It connects sales pipelines and support workflows so that context is never lost when a deal closes and support begins.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your team members comply with these terms
- Keeping your contact and billing information accurate
You must notify us immediately at hello@saleslogger.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Free Trial: New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to begin a trial.
Paid Subscription: After the free trial period, continued access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed at saleslogger.app/#pricing.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period, unless required by applicable law.
Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use saleslogger to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Interfere with or degrade the availability of the Service
- Impersonate any person or organization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into saleslogger (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data as a data processor on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use your Customer Data for any purpose other than operating the Service.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance will be notified where practical. We are not liable for downtime, outages, or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, saleslogger and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold saleslogger harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal costs) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach. You may delete your account at any time; upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
